The Department of Life Long Learning and Extension celebrated World Environment Day on 5th June 2023 at 11:00 A.M. More than, 20 Students, Staff, and Faculty members participated.
┬а ┬а ┬а ┬аDr. Parmjit Singh Kang, Chairperson, Department of Life Long Learning while welcoming the participants on the occasion, urged the participants to protect and plant trees, preserve and keep clean our water bodies, to reduce the use of non-renewable resources, and contribute towards the protection of air and upgradation of environment. Dr. Kang emphasized that we must desist from using plastic particularly single-use plastic as this yearтАЩs Theme of celebration is тАЬBeat Plastic PollutionтАЭ.
