FEROZEPUR, July 17, 2020: : Any talent, if it finds an opportunity, comes to the surface and the world is left with awe and amazement that even an ordinary person can possess a rich repertoire of an art. Such is the example of a 21-year lad Arshdeep Singh, who has found himself catapulted into fame following the recognition of his masterclass paintings by Ferozepur- based Mayank Foundation, that claims to have discovered a rare talent as a painting artist, who if nurtured properly can earned a name for himself in the world of painting art.
The members of the foundation found this raw and young talent when they had gone to Village Waa, about 25 kilometres from here, to felicitate a participant for taking part in the earlier held 3rd Mayank Sharma Online Painting Competition, in which many budding artists from the various parts of the world and India had taken part. They came to know that the brother of that participant was also a budding artist. They were mesmerised to find his paintings and wondered why such a talent has remained in the background thus far.
Arshdeep Singh is an amateur painting artist but his paintings are good enough to earn him a name among the connoisseurs of art. The foundation hailed his paintings and motivated him to continue to nourish his talent. Arshdeep, who carries a subdued aura, said in a blushing tone that painting allows him to give expressions to his inner feelings. Painting provides him a window to look at the mystery of the things around him. “I love painting very much. The recognition given to by Mayank Foundation has buoyed my spirit and I am looking forward to take painting more seriously now”, added Arshdeep.
Arshdeep is talented in studies also. After completing his matriculation from the government school at the local school Sayianwala, he studied Science in plus senior secondary in a government- run meritorious school at Ludhiana. Now he is pursuing graduation at the local degree college. He has won prizes in the various painting competitions so far. He grabbed the first prize in the on the spot painting competition in a youth festival. He also secured third place in a painting competition held at SBS College for Engineering and Technology, Ferozepur.
The foundation has assured him every support to pursue his rare talent. We always salute such artists and support them. We are ecstatic to find a talent of par excellence and it is an honour to help such budding artists, said Rakesh Sharma, Secretary of the foundation.
