Chandigarh, July 18, 2018: Now, the students doing a diploma course in food production, bakery and confectionary and food and beverage service from five educational institutions of the Tourism Department will get 50 per cent concession in fee. The rider is that student should be a resident of Haryana.
This was disclosed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Tourism, Mr Vijay Vardhan, while presiding over a review meeting of development works here, today.
Vardhan said students could do this diploma course after Class XII. After doing this diploma, they would also get placement.
