Chandigarh, March 10 (By TNL Bureau) – Haryana Government has issued guidelines concerning forwarding applications by government employees seeking employment in another department of the State or in the Union Government.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that in case of recruitment relating to the State of Haryana, employees who have not executed any bond with the State government would be allowed to forward their application to the state recruiting agencies without obtaining No Objection Certificate from the Department. In case employees who have executed bond with the State such as doctors, the No Objection Certificate would be required. Recruitment bodies would seek self-declaration of government employee to the effect that the employee is not facing any disciplinary proceedings.
In case the recruitment related to Union Government or other states, it would be requirement of those recruiting entities that the application should be submitted thought proper channel.
All the Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Registrar of Punjab and Haryana High Court have been asked for strict compliance of the same.
