Chandigarh– Four employees of CITCO has been suspended for violating the directives of COVID -19 issued by the Disaster Management Authority headed by the Governor of Punjab cum Administrator, UT, Chandigarh, under the Disaster Management Act 2005. According to the report, they indulged in unauthorized activities at Hotel Shivalikview which is functioning as a Quarantine Centre for the
Chandigarh Administration.
Government employees namely Prem Dangwal, Rajiv Kohli, Balbir Singh & Kulbhushan Chaudhary had organized a gathering by disobeying the Lockdown norms of COVID -19
Later, after the meeting, some of them indulged in a scuffle within the premises of Hotel Shivalikview along with other members of this self-styled union.
Due to their misconduct, the employees have been placed under
suspension with immediate effect
