Yoga instructor Acharya Bajrang from Nooni Aval in Narnaul, Haryana while doing Uttanapadasana said it is beneficial for stomach-related ailments. He also said doing Chandrabhedi Pranayam for 5-10 minutes is good for those having high blood pressure. Age does not deter 85 years old Nanak Singh, retired as DSP Shimla, from practicing Yoga as he performs different Yoga Asanas daily after his morning walk.
