FIROZPUR, APRIL17, 2017 (By Tribune News Line Bureau) : Vivek Kumar, IRSME has joined as Divisional Railway Manager, Ferozepur today in place of Anuj Parkash. He was previouslynposted as Executive Director Mech Engg (Traction), Ministry of Railways.
Vivek nKumar, joinred railway as Special Class Apprentice in 1982 and posted in SE Railway on joining as IRSME in 1986.
He has worked in various capacities at Bilaspur, Nagpur, Khargpur, Waltair Divisions.
He also worked in DWL RDSO and Railway Board in the field of Diesel Locomotive Development, Manufacturing and Policy.
He was also trained as General Motors, USA.
He did his Master in Public Administration from National University of Singapore.
