To increase the share of freight loading first two-point rake dispatched by Ferozpur Division
New Delhi August 127,2020: To increase the share of freight traffic through Railways, Dedicated Business Development Units (BDU) has been set up at Headquarters as well as at Division level also. With the efforts made by Business Development Units of Ferozpur Division, the first two-point rake of 25 NMG from Nasrala to Warangal (10 NMG) + Reddypulam ( 15 NMG) has been dispatched today.
This was stated by Deepak Kumar Chief Public Relations Officer today. He said a two-point rake facility with relaxed conditions will encourage industry while the incentives given by railway are expected to enhance price-competitiveness and ease of doing business to give a boost to the economy.
With the loading of the first two-point rake, Division will increase the rail coefficient in tractor loading.
