Cops bust gang of auto snatchers, one arrested
Ferozepur, January 20, 2020: The Punjab Police claimed to have busted a gang of vehicle snatchers operating in Moga and Tarn Taran districts with the arrest one member of the gang and recovery of two vehicles, required in two FIRs at Talwandi Bhai and Faridkot.
An FIR was registered under No 3 on 17-1-2020 under Sections 379 B and 411 of IPC at Police Station Talwandi Bhai and FIR No 22 dt 14-12-19 under Sections 382/ 34 / IPC 25-54-59 Arm Act at PS Sadar at Faridkot, against
Nishan Singh son of Ruldu Singh, Satwant Singh resident of Kot Dharam Chand and Sharan Singh son of Baljit Singh from Lalughuman Distt. Tara Taran.
Only one member of the game, Satwant Singh, has been arrested while the police is on hunt to nab the other accused. Two vehicles – Xcent car Swift car – has been recovered from the arrested gang member.
