Jalandhar, November 17, 2019: Day 2 of the ongoing an Inter-zonal segment of youth festival at Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar witnessed the same zeal and gusto amongst the participants. Right from music and theatre to literary and art, Day 2 comprised Folk Orchestra, Mimicry, Skit, One Act Play, Western Vocal (Solo), Western Group Song, Elocution, Poetic Recitation, Debate, Phulkari and Rangoli competitions. S. AS Powar, DCP Detective, Jalandhar featured as the Chief Guest while S. J.S. Bilga, Advisor Horticulture, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar was Guest of Honour. Addressing the gathering, S. Powar remarked that Youth Festivals are the appropriate platform for drawing out the best out of the youngsters. Principal Dr. G.S. Samra in his address said that the College has religiously abided by the rules and regulations of the GNDU in conducting this Youth Festival. The results of the Day 2 are as follows:

Out of a total of 7 one-act plays, 3 plays were performed on 17 November while the rest of the 4 will be performed tomorrow. So, the results of all the one-act plays will be declared tomorrow.
Day 3 will organize Giddha, Mime, costume parade, one-act play, Quiz (Preliminary and Final).
