First time ‘Floating Light & Sound Show’ dedicated to 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev in Ferozepur

Ferozepur November 26, 2019: For the first time, the ‘Floating Light and Sound Show’ will be held at Hussainiwala (Ferozepur) dedicated to the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji by the Punjab Government from 30th November to 1st December.

There will be two shows daily to apprise the people about Guru Nanak’s life, udasis and teachings and the first show will be held from 6 to 6.45 pm and the second show from 7.15 pm to 8 pm. This was disclosed by Deputy Commissioner Chandra Gaind after reviewing the preparations for the Floating Light and Sound Show to be held for the first time at Sutlej River at Hussainiwala. On this occasion, the SSP Vivek S. Soni was also present.

The deputy commissioner informed that in this show the life and teachings of Guru Nanak Dev will be presented through the modern techniques.

He said that the colorful visual presentations, with ultra-modern laser techniques and unique audio 45-minute light and sound show will present an incredible spectacle.

He invited all the residents of Ferozepur district to come to witness the spectacular scenery followed by ‘langar’ and admission to the Sangat is absolutely free and they can enjoy the show with the family members.

On this occasion, the organizing team members – Secretary Red Cross Ashok Bahl, BDPO Surjit Singh and Sanitary Inspector Sukhpal Singh and officials of various departments were present, who were also advised to ensure all adequate arrangements as per the requirement to make the show a grand success.
