Amritsar September 2, 2022 ( ) – The two-day special exhibition dedicated to the 418th first Parkash Purb of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, which was inaugurated yesterday by Padma Sri Baba Sewa Singh Ji Khadur Sahib at the Guru Granth Sahib Bhavan, attracted audience. On the first day, a large number of faculty members, students and other dignitaries from various departments of the university came to the exhibition and witnessed the wonderful art of paintings in the form of vines in ancient rare manuscripts from the 17th century to the 19th century.
Centre Director Prof. (Dr.) Amarjit Singh said that today Senate member Satpal Singh Sokhi, Dr. Surinder Kaur Sandhu, faculty members and students of various departments visited the exhibition. Today, not only from Amritsar city but also some groups from Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Training and Technical Education Ghuman Town of Gurdaspur and Muktsar districts came to see the exhibition. Everyone applauded this exhibition. The audience expressed their views and said that they have never seen such an exhibition before in their life.
