Jalandhar, October 21, 2019: The district administration on Monday accorded a rousing Welcome to High Commissioner of Ghana Michael Nil Nortey Oquaye and Railway Minister of Republic of Ghana Joe Ghartey and diplomats from Ghana High Commission, New Delhi, during their brief halt at the local City Railway station.
The officers of district administration led by Sub Divisional Magistrate Jai Inder Singh welcomed the dignitaries of first Diplomatic delegation towards the celebration of 550th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Sultanpur Lodhi. On the occasion, Harpreet Sandhu, Advocate who was coordinating the visit of the Ghana Delegation to the holy city, Sultanpur Lodhi, ACP Jasbinder Singh and others were present.
They later went to pay obeisance at Gurudwara Ber Sahib Sultanpur Lodhi and visited Rail Coach Factory.
