Amritsar, November 20, 2019: The Department of Guru Nanak Studies of Guru Nanak Dev University is organizing 34th One Day Annual National Seminar on ‘Re-visiting of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Fundamental Ideals and Institutions’ in Auditorium Hall of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Bhawan of the University on November 21.
Prof. Amarjit Singh, Head of the Department said that Prof. Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vice Chancellor will preside over the seminar while Prof. Balkar Singh, former Professor & Head, Department of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Studies, Punjab University, Patiala will deliver the keynote address. Dr. Manvinder Singh, Coordinator Seminar said that Prof. Jagbir Singh, former Professor and Head, Punjabi Department, Delhi University, Delhi will inaugurate the seminar and Prof Gurinder Singh Maan, former Professor, University of California, Santa Barbara, U.S.A. will be the guest of honor.
