Over 350 students got placements in various companies during the Placement Fortnight organized at the Rayat Bahra Ropar Campus for B Tech, MBA, and Polytechnic students.
Campus Director Dr. Suresh Seth said that During this placement fortnight, various top brands participated in campus placement and the highest package offered to students of Rayat Bahra Ropar Campus was Rs 10 lakh per annum and average package offered to students during this was Rs 3.5 lakh per annum.
A total of about 600 students participated in this placement fortnight. Some of the MNCs that participated during this placement fortnight included Tech Mahindra, Cummins, Sun Pharmaceuticals, Luminous Power Technology Ltd, Marico Ltd, Data 64, Just Dial, ICICI Prudential, Karvy, Jaro Education, Club Mahindra, Emilence, Steinmetz Hyderabad, Direct I, Armentum Bangalore, A1 Technology, IMS People, Tommy Hilfiger, Artech Infosystems, Quaysys Software and many more
All the companies have their separate selection process. Companies selected students through a rigorous process of Online Test, Group Discussions, and Personal Interviews and HR Interview.
