The Governor of Haryana, Mr Bandaru Dattatreya on Tuesday paid floral tributes to the former President Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam on his death anniversary at Raj Bhavan here.

Chandigarh July 27- The Governor of Haryana, Mr Bandaru Dattatreya on Tuesday paid floral tributes to the former President Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam on his death anniversary at Raj Bhavan here.

He said that by taking inspiration from the life and struggle of Dr. Kalam, youths of the State   should come forward to do more work for nation building. The Governor also called upon the youths of the State to emulate the teachings of Dr. Kalam to make Haryana more resilient and inclusive.

The Governor Mr Dattatreya said: “Dr. Kalam always struggled hard to excel in his life and reached the top position of the country. He had touched new heights of excellence in the field of science by virtue of his perseverance.”

Today the whole country is paying tribute to Dr. Kalam, also known as India’s ‘Missile Man.’
