Chandigarh, November 12: It became a memorable day for the students of DAV Public School, Lukhi, Kurukshetra when they met the Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala at his residence and celebrated ‘Children’s Day’ in advance. Besides enjoying Haryanvi songs and dance, the students performed Punjabi Giddha and Bhangra also.

        Sh. Dushyant Chautala accompanied the students to visit Rock Garden, a tourist spot in Chandigarh. On this occasion, he also announced to set up a digital library in village Lukhi so that the talented students of the village can prepare for competitive examinations in addition to their class syllabus.

        It is worth mentioning that during the tenure of Sh. Dushyant Chautala as Member of Parliament from Hisar Lok Sabha constituency, he had ensured conducted a ‘Parliament Tour’ twice for the students of DAV college.

        MLA, Sh. Ishwar Singh, MLA Sh. Ram Kumar Kashyap, members of Sugarcane Control Board, Dr Jaswinder Khaira, SGPC member Sardar Jagseer Singh Mangiana were also present on this occasion.
