Chandigarh, April 4, 2021: Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal has expressed deep condolences and sorrow on the sad demise of Dr. Avatar Singh, father of Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, D.S Dhesi.
Dr. Avatar Singh, 97, suffered a heart stroke and passed away this morning.
In an official statement issued here today, Manohar Lal expressed grief and prayed to Almighty that his soul may rest in peace and the family may have the strength to bear the loss.
