New Delhi: 12th January 2021: Addressing the concluding session of the Chief Minister’s Urban Leaders Fellowship (CMULF) program today, CM Arvind Kejriwal appreciated the fellows for their hard work and wished them luck for their future endeavors. He said that he hopes that in these two years, the CMUL Fellowship program has sensitized the fellows towards resolving the problems of the general public by working on some critical policies of the government. He said that the Delhi government has launched various flagship schemes in these two years, some of these schemes have been launched for the first time in the world, and appreciated the fellows for working on these policies with diligence. Minister of Administrative Reforms i Kailash Gehlot was also present at the meeting, along with other Delhi government officials including Chief Secretary and Secretary (Administrative Reforms).
All the CM Fellows & Associate Fellows shared their experiences of being associated with various ministries. They applauded the CMULF platform for channelizing their inner leaders. They thanked the Delhi government for providing them with the opportunity of working with various ministers and on several flagship schemes. They said that they have gotten the opportunity to explore new things by going beyond their capacity, by working as coordinators, leaders and administrators.
CM Arvind Kejriwal said, “We met you all two years back, and I hope your journey of these two years was useful. I got a chance to hear about your experiences. The Delhi government has launched various flagship schemes in these two years, some of these schemes have been launched for the first time in the world. It is very nice to know that you all have worked hard to make these flagship schemes successful. The name of the program suggests that it is a leadership program, and I hope that the program has sown a seed of leadership within you. I also hope that it has also motivated you to become a better human being. You all were working on the critical policies for the people, to resolve the problems of the general public. Congratulations to all of you for completing this program and all the best for your future endeavors.”
Kailash Gehlot said, “I want to congratulate you all for working on various levels of executing the flagship schemes of the Delhi government, and for evading all the hurdles during all this time.”
